Clearway Doors and Windows accreditations
Clearway Doors and Windows belong to the following double glazing accreditation schemes:
GGF
Clearway is a member of the Glass and Glazing Federation. This body sets high industry standards for technical competency and health and safety standards. As a GGF member, we must meet a range of criteria for service, quality, workmanship and value for money. Our financial status is checked yearly and we provide payment and deposit protection.
FENSA
The Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme ensures that all double glazing installers follow the latest planning rules and regulations. As a FENSA certified installer, our customers are supplied with a certificate after installation to prove that it meets all current Building Regulations, which to ensure that windows and doors are safe and legal.
CE marking
Clearway windows, doors and conservatories all receive the CE mark, which means that they conform to European quality standards and can be supplied legally across the EU. Read more about CE marking.
BSI Kitemark™
All our products carry the BSI Kitemark™ on the glass unit and the frame. The British Standards Institution independently tests our products to verify that they meet legal standards for quality and security.
Contractors Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS)
As a part of CHAS, Clearway is assessed every year to make sure we meet adequate health and safety standards for construction on site. CHAS ensures that we have an up-to-date written health and safety policy and we carry out full risk assessments for any work carried out. You can be assured that our installation team will carry out work safely in your home.
ISO9001
ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and was derived from the British standard BS 5750. Its designation as an ISO (International Standards Organisation) standard means it is truly international and is based on input from their world-wide network of 159 national standards institutes.
Trustmark
From small home improvements to self-builds and renovations choosing a TrustMark tradesperson assures you Government Endorsed Quality and robust consumer protection.
Rest assured TrustMark Registered Businesses have made a considerable commitment to customer service, technical competence and trading practices.
Clearway joins CAB closed loop recycling scheme
As part of our sustainability programme we are proud to be a member of the CAB’s closed loop recycling scheme. All of our waste aluminium from manufacturing windows and doors is collected by Alutrade who recycle it back into the supply chain. They also take our post consumer scrap so any aluminium windows and doors that we remove from your home are also recycled.
